We’re a pair of architectural enthusiasts who, after an exhilarating romp owning several modernist homes over the past several decades, decided to veer off in a decidedly different direction, and that decision ultimately led us to Tucson.
Specifically, it led us to a rather conventional, albeit appealing, single-story, Territorial-style home located in an east-side, golf-oriented, neighborhood dating back to the 1970’s.
We’ll use this blog to chronicle our efforts to subtly refine this 45 year-old home, sharing the good, the bad, (and, yes, even the ugly), we encounter along the way.
